Today we made gnochi for dinner, this is a dish that my mom taught me a long time ago. This dish is very typical of Argentina, it takes a long time to make but if you have the right helper it goes a lot faster.
When I was dating Darren I cooked this for him and since that day it has been his favorite. He tells me that my cooking sealed the deal when he asked me to marry him.
Anyways, this dish is made with potatoes(boiled and mashed), egg, parmesan chesee, flour, salt and pepper, then just use your favorite sauce( we love marinara and chicken).
I wanted to share a little bit of my country with everybody.

That looks like it was fun and ended with a deliciou meal. It is so good for Haken to be involved with things around the home. You can't believe how many kids are clueless about life around the house! Good for you...I know how difficult it is to involve kids. But it is very important. Way to go!
